Train the Trainer course is aimed to equip future trainer with a proper and correct method of teaching and learning that will create a dynamic and excellent message delivery, beneficial for the students which produce an impactful outcome at the end of the training.
The objective of the training is:
- To apply adult learning principles during training
- Use instructional design to sequence, structure and plan training
- Select appropriate training methods and training media
- Learn how to engage with participants and facilitate training session
- Conduct in house safety trainings effectively
